Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit 2F) is all about its exceptional location in the heart of downtown Durango. Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment, or explore the nearby trails with 1000+ acres of City owned open space featuring mountain biking and hiking trails only minutes away. It is located immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's finest and most acclaimed dining establishments, and only one block from the famous Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater.
In addition to it's exceptional location, the amenities this condo features are unmatched! From a pool table and ping pong, to a 4-screen TV wall and multi-arcade game, this condo has everything you could dream of in the way of entertainment. The Main Living space is a top notch game room. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options of the highest quality just a short walk out the front door. This Property features a high-end luxury finish with ash wood flooring throughout, 4K televisions in the living room and two of the bedrooms with full cable, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Simply park your car and leave it there while you walk outside to enjoy all the Durango has to offer!
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed with TV (main level)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Double over Double) (main level)
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
