Possibly the perfect stay for a Colorado Springs traveler on a budget, this garden-level condo offers surprising, usable space with all the necessities, packaged in a completely renovated and modern design.
Although this space is "garden-level," you'll be surprised by how well-renovated, designed, handsome and useful the space is.
The Space:
There are three total rooms off of the living space. The master bedroom includes a voluminous (we like this word) king-size bed to spread out in complete comfort. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. 1 twin bed is a trundle that slides out from under the other twin bed. The third room is a den with a queen futon bed.
There is a single bathroom in this unit has been upgraded to perfection, and includes quality furnishings and stone & travertine tile. You'll relish a long, refreshing shower here (as you contemplate what a surprising value a stay in this place really is!).
Guest Access:
This is the downstairs unit in townhome building. The unit upstairs is also a short term rental so please be mindful and respectful;
The Neighborhood:
Known as the "Old Broadmoor," this area of Southwest Colorado Springs features old, established homes built before the world-renowned 5-star hotel better known by the "Broadmoor" name. The hotel itself is located just up the road from this property, along with great access to the mountains, parks, hiking trails, the Zoo, as well as some of the best dining and craft-spirits the city offers. Located just a few blocks away from the renovated Ivywild School, which includes a Colorado craft whisky distillery, brewery, cafe and event venue in its walls, guests will have a multitude of entertainment choices at their disposal. Some other, exceptional and notable restaurants and bars nearby include the Blue Star, Prime 25, Edelweiss, the Burrowing Owl and the Sushi Ring. This unit is also located just across the street from a Safeway grocery store, as well as some additional modern shopping staples including Sears, Gordman`s, Bed Bath & Beyond and the Home Depot.
Getting Around:
Although there are many, many restaurants, bars, cafes and parks accessible by foot from this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, Hoste charges a non-refundable $29 damage waiver fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they will be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property.
Interaction with Guests:
