Great 2 story house situated in a quiet neighbourhood in vibrant Fallowfield, close to the City Centre, University, bus routes, bars and restaurants in Wilmslow Rd within 5' walk. Featuring a 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen, this apartment is big enough for 8 people ideally for families and groups. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: This large semi detached house is extremely spacious and perfect for hosting a large family or group! The house benefits from a fantastic private living space with a sofa set and TV, and a large kitchen with all the mod-cons, including an oven, microwave and stove. The space is perfect for preparing a home cooked meal! High speed internet and flat screen TV located in the living room. There is a WC on the ground floor as well. On the second floor, there are 4 double bedrooms. Each room is spacious with ample storage space. The full bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet and bathtub. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: Popular location close to the city. Lots of bars, cafes, take a-ways, supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Getting Around: We are ideally located just minutes walk from the 'busiest bus route in Europe' with regualr services to the city centre and Manchester Airport. We are also just minutes walk from Levenshulme or Mauldeth Road train stations with its 11 minute service into Manchester Piccadilly. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. Unfortunately, we do not accept any post to be delivered to the property, If you do so, please note we are not responsible for post collection or lost. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3PM
