This villa comes with an outdoor area with a terrace that has direct access to the garden and private swimming pool. It has a total size area of 390 m2 comprising of a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, fans, Wifi, Safe, TV + Cable and DVD player.
This villa is located in Rawai that offers stunning beaches, international standard restaurants, and it is near Nai Harn beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket island.
Living space:
- a living room with music & video system, LCD screen TV and worldwide cable TV.
- a fully equipped kitchen- with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware,hot-cold water dispenser, etc.
- Two air-conditioed bedrooms with own bathroom, double bed. One is overlooking the pool with a terrace.
- One guest toilet
Outside space - dining terrace, pool deck and swimming pool.
- The large terrace: providing outdoor dining table for 6-8 seaters and lounge seat for 4 people, it's connected to large space of pool deck and swimming pool, having a sunbath with provided sun-beds.
- Private car parking
RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning twice per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Fiber WiFi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer

-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
