Se prohíbe terminante fumar en todas las áreas del inmueble, así como también en las Áreas Comunes, de lo contrario existirá una penalidad de 40 . ya que el olor del tabaco queda impregnado en cortinas, paredes, almohadas, colchones etc, y a los mismos se les debe realizar una limpieza especializada. En caso de que el cliente decida dejar el apartamento antes del día previsto para su check out NO SE HARA DEVOLUCION del dinero restante. Oshun Apartments no se hará responsable de cualquier daño que sufra el cliente, debido al mal uso que el mismo haga en el apartamento. (Perdidas por fuego, robo o actuación criminal). Oshun Apartments no se hará responsable de los objetos dejados una vez realizado el "check out , es por ello que recomendamos revisar bien las instalaciones del apartamento antes de abandonar el mismo. Está prohibido hacer fiestas, poner música muy alta y hacer mal uso del apartamento, de lo contrario podrá ser expulsado del inmueble sin devolverle la fianza ni el importe correspondiente al resto de su estancia. Las horas de Descanso son cada día desde las 22:00 a 10:00 El horario de atención al cliente para solicitudes y requerimientos es entre las 10:30 y las 19:00 Los clientes que alquilen el apartamento deben mostrar un comportamiento cívico y respetuosos con el mismo y sus instalaciones, así como con la comunidad de vecinos, ya que están ubicados en edificios privados, de lo contrario podrá ser expulsado del inmueble, sin derecho a futuras reclamaciones ni a ningún tipo de compensación. Esto supondrá la pérdida del alquiler restante y de la fianza de garantía reembolsable.
