The apartments are located in a square, next to what was formerly the town hall of Igeldo. It is a totally reconstructed building (2010) maintaining the traditional construction style and equipping it with the most modern details and qualities inside. The apartments are located on 3 floors of the building and distributes its 65 m2 in a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room together with the dining room and the American kitchen form a spacious and comfortable space perfectly organized and well decorated, using a mixture of traditional and current styles. At the same time it is a very bright space, since it has numerous windows that allow a great natural light input.
In the living room, a great viewpoint allows us to enjoy beautiful views over the countryside and over the sea. The main room of the apartment is equipped with a double bed and has a balcony facing the square. The second room is equipped with two single beds. Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes.
Igeldo is just over 4 kms from Ondarreta Beach and 6 kms from the city center and the Old Town. There are no parking problems in Igeldo and the bus runs every half hour and in 10 minutes is on the beach or in the center, making it a perfect option to get around without worrying about the car.
Mount Igeldo is one of the most impressive places in the city of San Sebastian. To say that you have visited San Sebastian without having climbed Mount Igeldo is almost like saying that you have gone to Paris without having visited the Eiffel Tower. Its landscape stands out for its forests, green meadows, winding roads, old farmhouses and farms with organic production.
In addition, in Igeldo is the amusement park of San Sebastian, a jewel anchored in the past, from which you can enjoy what are perhaps the most beautiful views of the city.
And all this, by the sea and less than 10 minutes by car from a city well known for its beauty.
Igeldo is an area that is also visited by natives, who come mainly to eat in one of its traditional restaurants, such as Mendizorrotz, Buena Vista or Ekaitz, popularly known as Polipaso. There are also some cider houses that open throughout the year.
