This detached finca is located on the edge of town of Capdeperas in northern Mallorca. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this beautifully furnished house with a garden, a pool and beautiful views of the fortress of the town.
Outside, you will find a covered patio in front of the pool area. A dining table with six chairs lets you dine al fresco. Enjoy the sun loungers during the day. A sun shade offers welcome shade. The 8 m x 4 m pool and the outdoor shower are a great way to cool off on a hot day. The property is surrounded by a low wall and hedges. Still, you have an unobstructed view with just a view houses in the distance. Car parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The finca is furnished with modern appliances and boasts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living/dining room and a fully loaded kitchen. All bedrooms are furnished with 180 cm x 200 cm double beds with a nightstand with reading lamps on either side. All rooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom grants access to the second bathroom, which is ensuite. The spacious living room is furnished with a two and a three seater sofa, so you can relax after a day exploring the island. For your evening entertainment, there is a wall mounted flat screen satellite TV with a USB connection and a DVD player. There is also a desk with a chair. A wireless internet connection is also at your disposal. The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure a self-catering holiday. The kitchen is fully loaded with a four burner gas stove with an oven, a dish washer, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster etc. The dining table in the living room accommodates up to eight people. The living room grants access to the patio and the pool. Both bathrooms boast a shower, a sink and a toilet. The finca also has a washing machine and heating in all rooms.
It is just a few minutes' drive to four golf courses (3 km) and several restaurants (2 km) and shops. It is about 2 km to the centre of town of Capdepera. It is 3 km to the sandy beach.
