The house dates from the seventeenth century and has been completely restored while retaining all the elements of architectural interest, decorative, wooden beams, revolts, stone walls, solid brick, wrought iron, antique furniture, etc. and at the same time, incorporating the comforts of today in day, elevator, bathrooms with hydromassage columns, etc. so that our guests find all the comfort they desire.
The building consists of six apartments: Zayda, Amira, Melihah and Halima, named after Arab princesses from the medieval past of Daroca, alluding to the decorative style that has been given to these apartments.
Rica, name of an important Jewish widow-conversa + Daruqa (adapted room) and Petronila, origin of the Kingdom of Aragon after her marriage.
Daroca is a medieval city surrounded by 4 km of walls, with an old town full of monuments, museums and palaces of Romanesque, Mudejar, Gothic style, etc. known in ancient times as the pearl of Jiloca. City never conquered, "Porta Férrea", where they coexisted in peace for many centuries Jews, Muslims and Christians, with remains of the three cultures. The year 2016 marks the 650th anniversary of the appointment of Daroca as CITY by King Pedro IV the Ceremonious, due to his many merits and his courageous defense in the "War of the two Pedros" against the Castilian troops led by King Pedro I the Cruel, of Castile.
Daroca is a strategic place well communicated to see the natural beauties of a large area located both in the province of Zaragoza and Teruel. This is due to its excellent location, less than an hour from the two provincial capitals, through the Mudejar A-23 motorway.
