The house is located in the higher part of "la Cala del Moral". The center and the beach can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a bathroom, double bed 160x200 cm, with a wonderful sea view. There is also a guest room (double bed 140x200cm) and a separate bathroom on the first floor. In the basement there is a guest toilet, the large terrace with a breathtaking view, a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.
There is also a fireplace for those few cold days in winter. A staircase outside from the upper terrace leads to the lower apartment. Small but nice with a double bed 140x200, bathroom, living room with a small opportunity to cook (stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and microwave). The sunny terrace invites you to linger. Both apartments have Wifi and satellite TV (German-Spanish) The use of a community pool (salt water) is permitted between May and October. Access for guests is from Calle Bequer (staircase) to the left of the car parks. We recommend our guests a car or motorbike. . The property is not handicapped accessible. The walk back to the property from town and beach is steep and takes less than 15 minutes.
