Perfect location, just 150 m from the beautiful beach on Lake Wierzchowo, in a quiet forest environment, in a holiday cottage estate. The holiday house is located on a private, well-kept and fenced property and is prepared for a comfortable stay of 7 guests. Two-story holiday house with terrace. Guests have access to a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV and fireplace. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony). There is a safe parking lot on the property. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, firewood, parking. Stare Wierzchowo is a small summer resort located on Lake Wierzchowo, from which the Gwda River flows. Both the lake and the river have first-class clean water. It is a paradise for anglers, lovers of swimming and water sports (without the use of combustion engines). In the center of the village there is a small shop with basic food products. Larger shops, cafes and restaurants are available within a radius of approximately 12 km in Biały Bór or Szczecinek. The seaside beach of Stare Wierzchowo is only an hour's drive away (approx. 60 km). Driving towards the sea, it is worth visiting the large city of Koszalin, where there is a very attractive water park.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
