Close to some lovely walking trails and the Dog Stream Reserve, you’ll love stretching the legs in the clear mountain air, and returning home to relax in the newly renovated living space with a heat pump for the cooler months.
Enjoy a summer stay with the doors and windows open, listening to the birdsong as the cool breeze flows through. Relax on the couch, enjoy a bite to eat in the sun-drenched dining space, or enjoy a glass of local wine on the deck as you get lost in the view.
Rainbow Rest comfortably sleeps up to three adult guests in two bedrooms, with a sofa bed and additional mattress also available for the kids if you need it. A newly renovated bathroom offers the perfect amount of convenience for everyone. The property also offers a convection oven for all your cooking, grilling and baking. A Smart TV has also been added which is perfect for entertainment on rainy days.
It’s an easy eight-minute walk from Rainbow Rest to the popular Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa, as well as the plethora of shops and eateries in town. If you fancy a round of golf, the Hanmer Springs Golf Club is only three minutes drive away, or try your hand at one of the several mini golf courses in town and make the Monteiths Brewery Bar your 19th hole!
