Using original drawings, the former farmhouse—along with its bakehouse, wagon house, and pigsty—has been carefully converted into a modern holiday retreat. On the ground floor, there is an attractive L-shaped living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds, a small seating area, a sink, and a shower. The toilet is across the hall. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds and a small seating area. There is also a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a bathtub. All sleeping places have box spring beds. There is also a separate baby room.

The former, authentic Zeeland barn offers luxury apartments. There are apartments for four people and a wheelchair-friendly apartment for six people. A cot can be placed in each apartment. There is also an outbuilding with a separate room with a washing machine and a dryer. The Grote Geere has a communal playing field and private parking. Furthermore, each apartment has its entrance and a terrace. There is also a central, multifunctional common room that can be used to meet, play games, and hold meetings or parties.
