The contemporary, open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need in order to prepare a home cooked meal, which can be enjoyed together with your companions at the elegant dining table.
The three bright and airy bedrooms, two consist of a luxurious double bed and one with two single beds, which creates the model setting for a good night’s sleep, much appreciated following an action packed day of sightseeing. Completing this stylish abode are the apartment’s two refreshing bathrooms, one of which is fitted with a toilet, sink, bathtub and shower, the other containing a toilet, sink and shower enclosure.

The apartment is located in the Amsterdam Canal District, right in the city centre and the 'negen straatjes'.
Getting Around:

Parking in Amsterdam is expensive, so we advise you to park your car at a P&R and take the public transport from there.
Other Things to Note:
*OFFICIAL SHORT STAY PERMIT APPROVED BY MUNICIPALITY*
Due to Amsterdam regulations with regard to a short stay license, this apartment is only available for a minimum stay of 7 nights and for groups of up to 4 adults.
NOTE: As you can see in the pictures the stairs to the bedroom is steep. The stairs that lead to the apartment (which is located on the 2nd floor) are quite steep as well. This is very usual for Amsterdam apartments though. Beware of this when your looking to book for children. Don't worry, our (small) children have always been fine!
The check-in standard is set to flexible. Please note that if we have guests checking out on the day of your arrival, your guaranteed check-in time is 15:00/3PM. If you book last minute (on the same day, before 6PM), please note that the check-in time depends on the cleaning. We will do our best to make sure the apartment is ready as soon as possible!
If you wish to check-in to the apartment between 20:00/8PM and 08:00/8AM, this is possible. Due to the late hour we do charge an extra fee of 25 euros between 20:00-23:00 or 50 euro’s between 23:00-08:00. Thank you for your understanding!
We charge 50 EUR for nightly issues.
