The house consists of two levels.
On the ground floor you will find a large and bright entrance hall, lounge, dining-room, a large kitchen and a bathroom.
Two spacious double bedrooms, one with a balcony, a single bedroom and a bathroom with bath are on the first floor.
The house, decorated with mirrors and Murano glass chandeliers, is surrounded by a garden where you can dine in peace.
The proximity to all amenities first necessity will let you enjoy your stay calmly. A scoop, a bakery and a grocery store are within a three minute walk, a pharmacy and a florist on the other side of a small bridge. If necessary a supermarket is located at the Museo stop.
In one of the many bars and restaurants along the canals, you can taste the famous "spritz", typical Venetian aperitif, enjoy specialty fish the lagoon or simply home delivery pizza.
Rates do not include the tourist tax and may vary depending on the period (special events) and the length of stay.
