Located in the historical region of Chianti Classico, this country house rises amongst the hills between San Casciano Val di Pesa and Greve in Chianti. It features a seasonal outdoor pool.
The manor has been completely restored and divided into 11 independent apartments of different sizes. The furnishings of each apartment are characteristic of the typical rural Tuscan style, whilst at the same time affording every modern comfort. Every apartment has its own entrance and an outdoor space with a nice table and chairs, where you can enjoy the calm and quietness which characterize our farmhouse and where you can see a wonderful panorama of nature’s silence.
The relaxing, informal garden is located where the vines of the vineyards grow closer together. Free WiFi is available in the swimming pool area. Shops are available in the town centre of Mercatale, 6 minutes' drive away.
Heaters cannot be turned on in our area until Nov. 8 by law
WiFi in the pool area; bed and kitchen linen, towels; change of towels every 3 days for a minimum stay of 5 nights; free parking; pool; barbecue area; final cleaning; for stays of less than 5 nights, an extra € 40.00 will be charged for cleaning the kitchen and for waste not disposed of properly.
The pools are open from 15 May to 30 September and are available exclusively for those staying at the property. Upon check-in, you are required to read and sign the regulations governing the use of the pools.
The parking area is available for all of our guests. It is possible to park near the apartment exclusively for unloading / loading luggage. It is strictly forbidden to park on the grass and / or in non-driveway areas and in any case outside the parking lot.

Rooms Apartment for 6 persons: Our farmhouse has various 3 room apartments made up of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchen area and double sofa bed. They are ideal for 2 couples or larger families. The kitchen area is equipped with 4 gas hobs, fridge with refrigerator and all the utensils and dishes for cooking. Moreover you have bedroom and kitchen linen, towels, drying rack and ironing facilities, heating, satellite TV. First floor and ground floor. THE IMAGES ARE GENERIC, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SPECIFIC APARTMENT.
The following might be to be paid extra: Extra Bed, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax, Washing Machine, Wood.
