A beautiful salt swimming pool measuring 9.50 m by 3.50 m is located in the residence. It is protected by an approved safety barrier. Only tenants of the 8 gîtes can access the swimming pool.
A TV corner (TNT 10 channels) with a lounge and a small library is located under the pool deck.
A washing machine is at your disposal during your stay in the common area.

- Welcome to Résidence Deshroses, a small estate comprising 8 gites a stone's throw from the Fort Royal beach in Deshaies. Ideal cottage for 2 adults. Possibility to accommodate 2 other people using the sofa bed in the living room.
Each cottage includes: a kitchen with oven, 2 hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, toaster, coffee maker, a bedroom on the mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed, wardrobe and safe, a living room with a sofa bed 2 seats, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a terrace overlooking the garden, with exotic wood lounge, drying rack, barbecue in the garden.
Air conditioning, ceiling fan in the bedroom, radio/cd/k7.Sheets, towels and towels changed weekly. A TV corner (TNT 10 channels) with a lounge and a small library borders the swimming pool.
Access to the Residence Deshroses swimming pool, shared by 8 gîtes.

The tourist tax is not included and is payable on arrival. It is €1/night/person over 13 years old.
