With direct access to the beach, the holiday home is the ideal base to enjoy watersports like SUP boarding and swimming. This wonderful sea-view holiday rental is located right on the beautiful Agios Ilias beach, with shallow and sandy waters perfect for families with children, sunbeds with parasols, as well as outdoor beach sports like SUP. It is also a short walk on foot to various cafes, bars, beach bars, a barbecue restaurant (all within 10 minutes) and even the Katakolo Port (15-minute drive) famous for excursions (trains, buses and taxis) to Ancient Olympia.
A little further from the port is the sunken ancient city of Pheia, now called Agios Andreas and the Katakolon Museum of Ancient Greek Technology, especially interesting for those who are classical period enthusiasts. Guests can also make their way to the main street of Katakolon to enjoy its vibrant atmosphere, cafeterias, bars, clothing shops and traditional greek products. In any case, the nearest supermarket is just a 2-minutes walk from a carefree self-catered stay.
