The apartment consists of a spacious open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms the first one with a double bed and two single ones on the second. The apartment also includes a comfortable bathroom. All the spaces are air-conditioned. TV and free Wi-Fi are included. A playpen for toddlers is available upon request as well as a shared washing machine. The apartment is offered for unique holidays all seasons of the year and is ideal for families and groups of friends.

The property is in the village of Megali Mantinia, less than 3km to the nearest beach of Akrogiali. Within 4km you will find a mini market, bakery, traditional taverns and a few bars for your nightlife. Within a short distance (5km) you will also enjoy many beautiful beaches such as Almyros, Mikri Mantineia, Kalamata and the sandy beach of Santova. The international airport of Kalamata is just 25km away.
The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events all year round, and features great historical interest. You will visit its medieval castle and many museums, walk through the streets of the historic center and the large park with the award-winning outdoor train museum.
