The building, is made of two JOINED luxurious maisonettes and is situated 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Porto Heli. The village of Porto Heli with its beautiful naturally formed port, is an enjoyable 2,5 hour drive by car from Athens, through the historical Corinth Canal and Epidavrus and the majestic Peloponnese countryside. For those who prefer travelling by sea, it only takes a 2 hour journey passing the islands of Aigina, Poros, Hydra and Spetses.Porto Heli offers all amenities, a variety of restaurants as well as beautiful naturally protected marina for yachts of all sizes. Vacationers wishing to partake in sporting activities can choose between skiing and diving schools. In addition, you can rent small speedboats and cars for trips around the area.You may take a coach trip or a 1 hour drive to the famous ancient theater of Epidavros ( visit the ancient city of Mikinae, or go to the picturesque town of Nafplio ( or visit the medieval castle of Monemvasia accessible via sea transfer.For those who want to be far away from mass tourism this area offers an environmentally sparkling atmosphere, clear seas, sandy beaches, lush forests and olive groves.Yet for those who want more active night life, the centre of Porto Heli is only 5 minutes away by car and the popular island of Spetses ( is only 5 minutes away via sea taxi from Kosta.Within a 20 minutes drive you can visit the village of Ermioni that has a strong island feel on it or go to the small fishing village of Kilada.Via sea transfer from Porto Heli, within 1 hour you can enjoy a day visit to the famous island of Hydra.The area offers a public health centre and all civil services, as well as banks, large super markets and various shops.The building, has two joined luxurious maisonettes (100 m2/each), vertically divided, built in a lush environment just 100 m from a beautiful and quiet beach. The majestic view of the gulf from the poverty's balcony, offers a relaxing and memorable stay. Access to the beach is very easy.Each of the two maisonettes, has on the top floor, a kitchen, fully equipped, living room with a sofa bed, a dinning table that seats 6 people, air condition, a TV and a small bathroom. Outside there is a veranda where you can sit and take your coffee enjoying the majestic view. On the bottom floor, there are two bedrooms, with ceiling fans, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Moreover there is a large bathroom. The french doors of the master bedroom lead outside to a wonderful grassy garden where you can relax and sunbathe.In addition, there is a fully equiped BBQ for your use as well as a 3 car garage.The second maisonette, is exclusively used by the owners.
