Access to the villa is via the 1st floor from a gated private parking
area. This floor comprises a beautiful living room with fireplace and
fully equipped kitchen. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom
with shower located on the 1st floor. A wide terrace offering amazing
views can be accessed from the living and bedroom.
An internal staircase leads to the 3rd floor, where 3 bedrooms (2 twins
and 1 double) and a bathroom with shower (with hydromasage jets) are
located. All the bedrooms have patio doors opening onto balconies or
terraces to enjoy the surrounding landscape.
On the lower floor guests will have access to a 2nd kitchen, 5th
bedroom (twin), bathroom with both a hydromassage bath and a separate
shower, pleasantly furnished traditional Cretan living room with
fireplace, Satelite TV and games.
The fantastic swimming pool, with sun terrace and barbeque, are located
a few steps below.

Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
