It consists of 3 bright, spacious bedrooms, each with its own character. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second has a sofa converting into a double bed and the third is equipped with 2 single beds, but the special mattress transforms the bed into double. The features a main bathroom with shower, hairdryer and a WC. The kitchen you may find all you need to prepare and enjoy your breakfast or meal with your friends or family. The dining and sitting area are spacious and bright with a 42inch smart TV, where you can relax after a long day out. However the apartment’s special feature is the huge veranda (50 sq. Meters), which is accessible from all the rooms of the house. Here you can enjoy your wine or your food during the summer days overlooking the mountain of Hymettus and the city life.
The buses heading for the Constitution Square (Syntagma Square), as well as the airport taxis, are within 3 minutes walk from the apartment, while the metro station (Evangelismos) is a 10-minute walk. For hikers, Syntagma Square, Kolonaki, National Garden, Zappeion and the Panathenaic Stadium are less than 15 minutes away. Next to the apartment there is supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, as well as Timotheou street, a paved road, with lots of bars.
Pagrati is probably the only area in Athens that has so many squares gathered in so few square kilometers. Mesolongi, Plastira, Delignan, Scouts, Barnabas, Fountain: all of them are Pangratis landmarks. Beautiful night spots, delicious street food and the oldest cinema screens in Athens are all in walking distance. Just follow the amazing smell of the Lido’s freshly baked brioche (tsoureki).
This spacious (114 sqm), bright and welcoming three-bedroom apartment recently renovated is in the heart of Pagrati. The apartment is in a central location of Athens, in Pangrati Square, where there are lots of taverns, cafes, bars and shops.
Shuttle mini bus or taxi can be arranged with extra charge.
Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock.
Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.
Please respect the neighbors and the resting hours, especially during summertime (15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00).
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
No pets are allowed in the premises.
Windows must be closed / locked when not in the house.
