In the kitchen is next to a dining table with 6 chairs, also a fully equipped kitchen with four-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery for 12 people. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The second apartment was also completely renovated and furnished in 2012 and located on the first floor of the house.
