The kitchen, with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and refrigerator with ice box, is integrated into the living-dining room.The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed. There is a (double) foldaway bed in the living room. A cot and high chair are available.ComplexThe well-maintained apartment is located near the entrance to the ski slopes and the hiking trails. There is a separate room to store skis and bikes on the lower floor. You can park your car in the garage under the house.SurroundingThe accommodation is located close to the ski slopes and a few minutes’ walk from the Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. The centre of Winterberg offers a range of shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and is only a few minutes’ walk away. The Winterberg area offers a wide range of facilities for leisure.

There are cozy cabins and pubs where many people experience a cozy Après sport (including Après ski). In the center there is plenty of choice to enjoy local and international cuisine. The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse. The rental price includes energy costs. Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice. Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request. Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
