The enclosed garden and the paved courtyard further extend the interior living space and promise you good times of conviviality in complete safety. Located in the small town of Saint Lon les Mines, you have easy access on foot or by bike to all the shops and leisure activities of the village. A beautiful bright and spacious stone villa to discover for tribal holidays between ocean and countryside... Vehicles can be parked in the courtyard. Free public parking is also available on the village square. The set has 2 buildings offering a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets for a capacity of 15 people. The main house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with lounge (2 TVs, WIFI), dining room and open fitted kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, American fridge, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher ), a bathroom with wc, a storeroom. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds), a shower room with wc, a separate wc. In the second: 2 attic bedrooms (2 160x200 beds), a huge dormitory with exposed framework with 5 90x190 beds and a TV play area for children, a shower room with wc. Crossing the small courtyard, you have access to 2 suites (1 160 cm bed and 1 180 cm bed with private shower rooms and toilets) fitted out in the outbuilding and the 50m² Wellness Area with spa and sauna. Sheets, towels and household linen are provided. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, booster seat, bath, cutlery.
