This residence is subject to variable tourist tax: the price of the tax is calculated according to the price of the stay, the number of nights, and the number of adults and children. Subject to change according to current rates.
Villa accommodation, water and electricity, bedlinen, towels and bathrobes with beds made upon arrival included. End of stay cleaning and mid stay cleaning with a change of towels midweek. Week: Arrivals on Saturday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, departures on Saturday by 10:00 am.
5 nights minimum between 12 and 17/4. 7 nights stays with free arrival day between the 8/7 and 22/7. Saturday-Saturday stays between 22/7 and 16/9. Other periods : 4 nights minimum
Nightly rates are applied for all stays of 4 nights and less. For stays 5 nights + the weekly rate will apply.
Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
