The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 38 m² with TV connected to Netflix, double sofa bed.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200), TV connected to Netflix
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×200), TV connected to Netflix
- Two bathrooms.
- A separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190).
- A separate toilet.
Outside :
- A heated swimming pool of 10×5m, open from May to September with alarm and secure gate.
- A beautiful garden of 10 000 m², shared with the owners with a petanque court, a sports and massage room and many rest areas.
- A 65m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, plancha, Mr Cuisine, yogurt maker, pancake party, raclette, straightener in one of the bathrooms, cotton, cotton swab, shower gel, dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Lacoste, in a very pleasant environment, in the middle of the green oaks. You will be able to benefit less than 2 kilometers from all the essential businesses but also from stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Ideally located close to the Salagou Lake, Lacoste is the perfect place to visit the region and enjoy nature.
- Main attraction: the Salagou Lake classified as a "Grand Site de France" located at 8,8 km (17 minutes by car), possibility to visit the lake in Quad.
- Trail, mountain biking, windsurfing, fishing, road biking, horseback riding, tennis etc.
- Three places are classified by UNESCO within 50 km: Saint Guilhem le désert, the cirque of Navacelles and the locks of Fonséranes.
- The region is full of vineyards, we don't count any more the domains, they are all indicated in edge of road, make you pleasure.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the property, places are dedicated to it in the shade under the trees. The entire property is fenced.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Montpellier Saint-Roch train station located 45 km away (43 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée airport located 55 km away (51 minutes by car).
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included. A fouta for the swimming pool is provided in addition.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Spiral staircase a bit steep to go up to the room and protected by a barrier for children.
- All the necessary equipment for babies: changing table-Baby-Cook and hiking bag.
- In option request and payment with our provider on the spot: Our guests can sleep in the tree house well installed on beds
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Bicycles available with repair kit.
- Possibility to organize at the table d'hôte of the Clos des Coustoulins :

- Discovery tours around the Salagou Lake in Quad are also proposed by the hosts.
