Located on the 8th and penultimate floor of a new building overlooking the entire district of Port Marianne and thus allowing a view of this new district up to the historic center.
This apartment is composed of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms with wardrobes and mobile cooling system, a separate toilet and a bathroom.
The bedding is of high quality with a queen size bed (160) in one bedroom, a double bed in the other (140) and a convertible sofa (120) with a real mattress.
Its terrace offering a triple exposure will be perfect for your meals and aperitif with family or friends.
The building equipped with an elevator offers private parking in the basement and local shops on the ground floor. Two tram lines are also nearby (line 1 and 3 to 5 min on foot).

To do so, you will receive an email immediately after your reservation, allowing us to schedule this meeting.
In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows:
• for an arrival from Monday to Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .;
• for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including VAT payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.
In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.
At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents.
