To do so, you will receive an email immediately after your reservation, allowing us to schedule this meeting.
In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows:
• for an arrival from Monday to Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .;
• for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including VAT payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.
In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.
At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents.
