On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, and a four-burner gas hob. The living room has a sofa and armchair, a television, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the swing, the sandbox, and the 8x4m above-ground swimming pool (1.20m deep), which is chlorine-treated and shared with the owners. The pool is open from May to September.
The shared, unheated pool is fenced with a 1.50m high fence and accessed via a gate.
A cot is available. Bed linen included. The cottage is located on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments, with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Hiking trails and the Dordogne River are less than 500 meters away. All tourist sites are between 10 minutes and 1 hour from the cottage (Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, the Lascaux Caves, the Proumeyssac chasm, etc.). You can also take advantage of the proximity to sites such as the Padirac chasm, Rocamadour, Saint-Cyr-Lapopie, and Collonges-la-Rouge, etc.
