Ten minutes from Moulins, this large, self-contained apartment-style gîte is located on the first floor of the outbuildings of Avrilly Castle. Functioning like a detached house, with its own entrance and private outdoor space, and situated at one of the entrances to the castle's large, wooded park, the spacious gîte has been completely renovated.
It comprises four bedrooms.
Ground floor: entrance hall, toilet; first half-level: one bedroom (one queen-size bed), shower room, accessed via three steps (private shower/toilet).
