Villa Paasirinne B is located on a sunny flat lawn plot. The well-kept yard area is rich in flowering shrubs and groups of perannas that provide also privacy.
Wooden cottage, built in 1940, expanded in 1995 and renovated, and equipment renovated in 2012/2018. The living room / kitchen has a sofa that can be used as 2 separate beds, the bedroom has a double bed. Laundry room (washing machine), sauna, entrance hall (with freezer), small porch-terrace. Under floor heating.
In the cottage Air heat pump for cooling and heating. The kitchen is also equipped with e.g. toaster, kettle, coffee maker, tableware for six people and versatile cooking utensils, in addition to an electric and wooden stove with a small baking oven.
A mandatory key deposit of EUR 150 will be charged on site. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the reservation. Patio with well equipped barbecue hut and smoking area.
In the atmospheric hut, dim lights, radio, cooler bag, smoke box, pot for coffee making and lamb skins on the benches. Firewood is included in the price.
Children's equipment can be reserved, which includes a high chair and travel cot with bedding and linen.
On the adjacent Paasivuori there are great views of the water and excellent berry and mushroom forests. A forest road leads to Paasivuori, suitable eg. for jogging.
Life jackets for adults. A pair of fishng gear available. Leppävesi has a good fish stock. If necessary, the owner will provide guidance on sauna heating, fishing and smoking.
Thermal composter for bio-waste and mixed waste container in the waste shed. Customers are expected to sort the waste according to the instructions found at the cottage.
Ski resorts Laajavuori 32 km, Riihivuori 48 km and Häkärinteet 46 km, Peurunka Golf and Revontuli Golf 48 km, Leivonmäki National Park 25 km, Nokkakivi amusement park Lievestuore 27 km, Jyväskylä 27 km.
Pet is allowed at extra fee.
