In the scenic Fårup Klitbakker and with an incredible panoramic sea view from the house and terrace and plot, you will find this pool house, renovated in 2006. The house is decorated in a modern, bright style with goog furniture in high quality everywhere and it appears very well maintained. No letting to youth groups. Living room and kitchen in open plan, there are 4 good bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In the pool room there is obviously a sauna and whirlpool and solarium. There is an energy efficient air-to-water heat pump. From the house a trail system leads directly through the dunes to the sea and beach - the distance is approx. 700 m. The house is completely secluded in a quiet dune area and there are large terraces to both the east, south and west - even here there is an incredible panoramic sea views.
