While here, you can also use our shaded 700 m2 garden with the outside fireplace and pool, together with other guests of the house.
House is located in a small coastal town Podstrana, only 6 min walking to the beach with the crystal clear sea.
Apartment is located on the first floor of the house. Itself it consists of a spacious living room, two balconies, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen.
Living room is spacious with the LED TV and satellite channels.
Each bedroom has one comfortable double bed and an exit to it's own balcony.
Kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishes and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.
We also provide you free parking in the yard of the house.
All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

Price for one night stay is +30%
For two or more nights stay standard price applies.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside on the balcony and in the yard of the house.
Pets are not allowed, sorry.
We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.
Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balconies.
Yard, pool and outside fireplace are shared with guests of our other apartments.
***** The neighbourhood:
Podstrana is a tourist town located just 7 kilometres from the city of Split is situated at the foot of Perun, the slope of the mountain Mosor.
Enjoying the sea and beaches is one of the main assets of Croatian tourism, and the coast and waters of Podstrana are among the cleanest in Croatia.
The entire coast of Podstrana is tame and suitable for swimming, and has been groomed as one long (6-kilometre) beach in almost its entire length.
Beautiful beaches, hiking and biking trails make Podstana a really attractive tourist destination.
Due to the excellent location of Podstrana (close to Split and Omis) there are really great opportunities to organize day trips organized by some of the local agency or an independent tour of the cultural heritage and natural beauty. Given their proximity definitely recommend an independent tour of Split, Salona, Klis, Trogir and Omis.

You can get to us by car.
Bus station is 300m away from the house.
If you are coming by plane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport.
