Kitsilano | House in Arbutus Ridge, Canada
The beautiful laneway house located in the prestigious Vancouver west area. It is an entire guest house part. This house is newly renovated. It is spacious and comfortable. You can enjoy the famous and quiet neighbourhood of Kitsilano. 7 minutes drive to the famous Kitsilano beach, 10 minutes to Downtown and UBC. The whole guesthouse is private and separate. You will be given all the privacy.
Please note: We only accept longterm stays.
The Space:
With more than 900 square feet. The spacious two bedroom has a queen size bed and a double size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed.
All the furniture and decorations have been picked out tastefully for the guests, with no detail overlooked and no attention spared. We want you to feel home when you are staying my house.

This is a very convenient but quiet neighborhood. It’s a commonly known as a friendly and respected neighborhood in Vancouver
Getting Around:
Driving will be a good choice in Vancouver. If you don't have a car, public transportation is also a great choice. The #33 Bus stop is right in front of the house, which can take you to UBC and Skytrain stations on Cambie St. The #2 Bus stop is in mins walk distance, which can take you to Downtown Vancouver.
Other Things to Note:
No SMOKING !!! No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property. No SMOKING !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
• *NO UNDECLARED GUESTS. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. **
- One set of towels for each guest;
- No shoes inside the accommodation;
- Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
- Please pay attention to garbage recycling;
- Pets are not allowed;
- There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property, including the balcony. The penalty for violation is CAD $300;
- If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
- Surcharge for extra persons is CAD $20 per person per night;
- Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 5 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
