Enjoy the convenience of less than 30 mins walking distance to everything, but very close to most medical places in the heart of the city. If you choose not to walk, you can use the free Spring Hill loop bus (during the week) which is right outside the front door and leaves every 10 minutes. This bus also links with the City Loop bus.

Most medical facilities are a short walk or accessible with the free bus available at the front door. The Spring Hill Loop bus will take you to the Brisbane Private Hospital and into the city. The bus runs every 10 mins during the week for your convenience. The Queen St Mall is 9 mins walk. The Roma St Parklands is less than 16 mins walk. The Botanical Gardens is 23 mins walk. Suncorp Stadium is 23 mins walk.
Enjoy the convenience of the Free Spring Hill Loop bus which takes you to the Parklands or to the city. There is also another Free City Loop which can take you around the CBD and to the Botanical Gardens. Information will be supplied. There is also the option of Uber if you choose not to walk which is very reasonably priced and drops you right where you need to go without having to worry about parking.

1) Quiet hours are between 11PM and 7AM. All times quoted are QLD time, Please abide by this strict rule, as it is in the best interests of neighbouring tenants. The building manager and governing body corporate will not tolerate excessive noise or unruly behaviour. Failure to obey this rule may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
2) If any smoking, pets or parties are proven to have taken place there will be an additional cleaning fee between $200-$400 charged plus a full maintenance repair fee for any damaged incurred.
3) Please keep all items in the apartment, in the apartment. DO NOT drop anything out of the windows.
4) In the event that keys or access cards become damaged, lost or not returned a replacement fee of $400 will be charged. If locked in the room you may also be charged a fee if a spare set has to be brought to you.
5) All guests must have their own travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
6) Only the original number of people in the booking are allowed to stay at the property. A $100 fee will be charged for each person found not to be part of the booking.
7) Any damage to linen or towels will result in a ‘full replacement of product fee.
8) There is to be only one car in your designated car space at any given time; strictly no other cars are allowed to be in the car park.
9) Keys MUST be returned or you will incur a key replacement fee or forfeit your full security deposit if not returned.
10) Late checkouts will incur additional fees for the cleaner's waiting time.
The House Rules above form part of the agreement that you electronically agree to when you open this manual and collect the keys. Please abide by all of them and treat your home away from home with care and respect. We take great pride in offering you an immaculate home to enjoy. In return, may we please ask; if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it (or please tell us so we can); if you use it, take care of it; and if you make a mess, clean it up.
