The villa (semi-detached houses) has fenced grounds with a wonderful 50m2 infinity pool, loungers, covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the other with a lounge set.
The peculiarity of the house is the enchanting sea view from the garden and ground floor as well as from all floors so that you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Thanks to its location, Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal holiday home for a vacation in Porec, relaxing in peace but at the same time only a 10-minute walk to the beach, shop, restaurant and other leisure activities.
