Το σπιτι ειναι 140 τμ, βρισκεται σε ψηλο λοφο κοντα σε ορεινο περασμα προς τον αρχαιο τοπο του Αμφιαραειου στον Καλαμο,πεντε λεπτα απο την θαλασσα με το αυτοκινητο,ειναι ανετο και λειτουργικο,πολυ φωτεινο, με μεγαλη βεραντα και θεα απο παντου.
Υπαρχουν τεσσερα ξεχωριστά δωματια ολα με προσβαση προς στην βεραντα,με οπτικη επαφη και θεα προς το βουνο και την θάλασσα,αυτο δινει στον επισκεπτη ελευθερία κινησεων και πληρη αισθηση ανεξαρτησιας.Ολα τα δωματια ειναι φωτεινα και ησυχα.

Το καταλυμα βρισκεται απεναντι απο καταπρασινους λοφους σε μια παραδεισενια δασωδη περιοχη σε πολυ ασφαλες μερος για περπάτημα πεζοπορια και αθληση.
Η πεζοπορια και αθληση ειναι επισης δυνατη κατα μηκος της μεγαλης ακτογραμμής.
