This is a fully refurbished (June 2018), completely furnished and equipped 65m2 apartment with stunning views to Antigonidon Square and Egnatia Street. It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. The apartment is located in a neoclassical building and has been listed in 2016 as one of the preservative 199 buildings of the Thessaloniki center, which preserve cultural memory and consist important examples of the architectural heritage of Northern Greece (Government Official Gazette 229 / T.A.P.P./4-11-2016). The apartment has Security door, Wi-Fi internet connection and Inverter Air-conditioning. The living room consists of a large double sofa bed, a show case, a coffee table and a 32’’ HD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities (oven, fridge, toaster, filter coffee device, water boiler, utensils, etc). In fact, it has everything you need to cook your own meals as well as plenty of space to store your inventory while in the city. In addition, we provide all the amenities you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay in the centre of the vibrant city of Thessaloniki. There are two bedrooms with comfortable double sized bed and one additional sofa bed. The bedrooms include super comfy Istikbal mattresses and anatomic pillows with memory foam. All the rooms include spacious cupboards. Bed linens, quilts, towels, steam iron and hairdryer are provided. There is also a large stylish bathroom with modern design that contains shower. Shampoo, shower gel and towels are supplied. Literally one of the best choices for visitors that want to stay in the city centre close to all of the city’s attractions (550m from the Roman Market of Thessaloniki, 600m from Saint Dimitrios Church, 700m from the Square of Commerce, 750m from Ladadika Area, 850m from the Port of Thessaloniki, 950m from Aristotelous Square, 1,3km from Rotonda and 2km from the White Tower) and enjoy the stunning view to Antigonidon Square, the Ancient Temple of Aphrodite and the Egnatia Street offered by the balconies of the apartment. At last, the apartment is very warm and sunny in the majority of the day and provides a pleasant and positive environment.
