ATTENTION: according to Calgary STR regulations max capacity of the apartment is 4 Adults and 2 Children Guests have access to Gym, Hot Tub, Game Room - Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $10 per night per pet. -We offer travel cribs (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails. 10$ per one item per night. Please book in advance. ***Deposit*** If you qualify as an instant book guest you are not required to leave a deposit. All other guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Simply Comfort has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
