Relax on the balcony, with ample seating for everyone, even a daybed/lounge to take in the sights and sounds of the water. The UPDATED kitchen, with all new stainless appliances and new cabinetry, is fully equipped with plenty of cook and bakeware for those wanting to stay in for meals, and gather around the dining room table and/or breakfast bar. For the days/nights of staying in, there is a Smart 55in TV in the living room for everyone's enjoyment and comfortable furnishings. In the master bedroom, there is a king bed, private entrance to the balcony, beachfront view, and beautiful, updated master bathroom with all tiled full stand-up shower. For guests, the middle bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and its own balcony. The spacious second guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed, perfect for the little ones, or make into one full bed! There is also a TV and desk in the second guest bedroom. In the hall between the two guest bedrooms is a bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo, as well as the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Looking for the perfect beach getaway, you have found it in 311! The east end of Tower 1 where this unit is located boasts the most gorgeous views with no buildings blocking the beach/water view, you can see for miles! All units include WiFi and cable TV.
