This modern home (built only 6 years ago) features 4 double bedrooms which can sleep 8 people in comfort. The master bedroom (situated at the rear) includes a huge walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom which includes both a bath and a separate shower. The three other guest bedrooms which feature built in robes with sliders are situated at the front of the house along with a bathroom with separate shower and bath and adjacent powder room with separate toilet.
A children’s activity/snug area is tucked away from the main living area, providing a quieter place for the little ones to play.
Do not worry if you must work during your holiday as the separate study/office room contains an office desk and chair. Free Wi-Fi is supplied, and the password can be found on the side of the modem situated in the study.
The home theatre boasts coffered ceilings, projector, surround sound system and screen. Foxtel is available (including on demand) so that you can watch your favourite footy team or the latest blockbuster movie on the big screen (please note that residents will be charged for using ‘pay per view events’ or for movies that incur additional rental fees).
The open plan kitchen, dinning room and lounge situated at the rear of the property allows spacious freeform living.
The galley style kitchen with large island bench comes with four high bar stools, walk in pantry (which includes microwave) and modern appliances including double Westinghouse oven, 5 gas burner hob, Westinghouse dishwasher and Bosch double door fridge freezer with ice making facilities.
The dinning table accommodates eight people, and the lounge area includes a 65-inch smart tv, wall mounted gas coal effect fire and a luxurious three- and two-seater leather settee.
The panoramic windows at the rear of the property (with sliding doors) open up to the magnificent undercover alfresco area and the sparkling heated pool beyond (the pool will be heated from September to April inclusive and sun loungers will also be provided ).
The alfresco area includes an outdoor dinning table for ten people and matching sofa set which includes a three-seater sofa and two single chairs. There is also a Webber family BBQ provided. The back garden faces west so that you can enjoy the warmth of the evening sun. However, if there is a cool breeze, a pull-down privacy screen is available to provide shelter.
Reverse cycle air conditioning is available, and this can be zoned for your comfort.
We allow well behaved dogs (a pet bond is required). The large grassed secure area at the side of the house is ideal for you furry friends and it also offers a safe secure environment for your children to play.
A high-chair and portable travel cot are also provided for your convenience.
The large driveway at the front of the house easily accommodates four family sized cars (please do not park on the garden as it may damage the reticulation).
