FLORENCE ITALY PERFECT STROZZI APARTMENT
Strozzi Florence apartment is located in the most upscale area of the historic center of Florence. Step out the door of the apartment building and find Via Tornabuoni just half-a-block away, lined with beautiful Renaissance buildings, now filled with wonderful shops, luxury hotels and designer boutiques. Just two blocks to lovely Piazza della Repubblica, 10-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and famous Uffizi art museum.

The apartment gets its name from Palazzo Strozzi, one block away, which is widely regarded as the finest example of Renaissance architecture in Florence. The comfortable and conveniently located Florence Strozzi apartment offers an excellent historic location, modern conveniences, hard-to-find center of town quiet for sleeping, and a bevy of wonderful museums, cafés, tempting gourmet food purveyors, restaurants, and shopping at the building's doorstep.
This Florence apartment complements our popular Prisco (VRBO 52284) and Michaela (VRBO 58566) Florence vacation apartments which are located in the same building. It is located on the third floor of a Renaissance building with elevator, off a gracious private hallway. Since it on the back of the building it faces the back of the apartment behind. It's a welcome retreat from the bustling streets of central Florence, providing a glimpse into the daily lives of Florentines who live and work in the historic center.
The apartment faces the internal courtyard of the building and has a sunny terrace off the living. The small terrace doesn’t provide any views other then to the backs of the neighboring apartments, service terraces and laundry lines. The terrace is furnished with a table and 2 chairs providing a sunny, peaceful retreat in the midst of Florence.
The living room sofa bed converts to two twin beds. The French doors opening onto the terrace get good light. There is an efficiency kitchen for preparing simple meals. When the doors to the kitchenette are closed it looks like an antique armoire in the corner of the living room. The kitchenette is adequate for light meal preparation due to limited countertop space.
The bedroom is comfortable with two twin beds which can be made up as a king upon request, and a set of double windows overlooking the internal courtyard. The dressing room area that leads from the bedroom to the bathroom has large, floor-to-ceiling storage closets and a full-length mirror.
The white-tiled bathroom has a good-sized shower, washing machine and French doors that open to a second small internal terrace which is perfect for hanging laundry.
