Hidden gem in Highlands golf course community. Beautifully west facing pool & spa with magnificent treed view with no neighbour behind. The home featuring 5 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a fully stocked kitchen, can host up to 10 guests. Located near great shopping stores, amazing restaurants with access to major roadways. Best of all it is minutes away from many of attractions that Orlando has to offer. It be the place for you and your family to have comfortable stay and enjoyable memory.
Home is well maintained, you will have comfortable stay with open concept kitchen and high ceiling for the entire main floor.
Pool heater and BBQ rental are unlocked for prepaid guests only, they are not available after checking in.
Daily Pool Heating is $40/day, spa heat is 25/day (in ground spa is not heated if you do not add this.
BBQ is 65/stay (propane tank included, propane level is not guarenteed, you can get from 7/11 or bringing your own tank), please send your request for pool heat before your arrival.
For safety reason, BBQ can only be used on the side of the house, not allowed in garage or in the pool cage.

We recommend pool heat from October to April. If you want the pool heated, it`s very easy, just contact us after your booking and we will send you a payment request for that.
Important note: Pool heat is setup on 90F but temperature is not guaranteed because its dependable on outside weather.
A/C (cooling) guests can adjust between 70F-80F.
We provide a small starter kit for all reservations regardless of the length of stay, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
2 extra garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. bath towels will be at least 2 towels each bedroom and no beach towel provided, please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
