Welcome to this beautiful & cosy two bedrooms house , just a 7min walk to McCrae beach and McCrae Shopping Plaza – The perfect Mornington Peninsula getaway !
McCrae is the best town to base yourself to enjoy all the Peninsula has to offer. We are close to the beach, McCrae lighthouse, Rosebud shops & jetty, wineries, day spas and all the fabulous shops, bars and restaurants of the peninsular.
La casita McCrae has recently been freshly renovated and is a fully-furnished house with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in the Mornington peninsula.
There are two bedrooms that sleeps 7 people. All beds are very comfy with high quality mattresses, great pillows, doonas, and plenty of woollen blankets to keep you warm.
Our place includes fresh linen for ALL beds, doonas, bathroom towels for 7 guests, hand towels, kitchen towel etc.. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels will incur costs.
The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate room with a toilet. We also have a second toilet located in a room at the back of the property along with an external shower head that can be used after visits to the beach. The house also has a laundry with a washing machine and sink.
There is also a retro room located at the back of the property behind the garage, this has a billiard table and retro vibe to it, refer to photos.
The house is fitted with a split system air conditioning and heating, each room also has stylish woodgrain ceiling fans & light (remote controlled) along with extra potable heaters.
If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen has plenty of crockery and utensils, including all the essentials like a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
We are welcoming our guests with a special hamper including some wine and snacks.
If you have furry friend and want to bring them along this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Kitchen – Stove & Oven, Coffee machine and many cooking pots and utensils
Laundry – Washing machine & sink, Fridge
Bathroom – Shower, bath, basin/vanity
Toilet x2 – 1 x toilet inside the house and 1 x toilet at the back of the house, along with an external beach shower
Retro/Billiard room – There is a retro room at the back of the property separate to the main building, this has darts, billiard table, stools & couch
Garage – This is locked & private

• There is a safety box and this property is fully self-check in, we will provide relevant details via Airbnb messages the day before your check in.
• Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 9pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.
• Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house, there is an astra near the backdoor for outdoor smoking. Additional charges will apply if this occurs.
• You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with damage, breakages, theft, and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if this occurs.
• We ask all guests to leave the house clean & tidy, any excess cleaning that is required will be charged to the guests, any excess cleaning caused by pets will also be charged to the guests, if the BBQ is left dirty this will also incur a $50 fee.
• Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. No excess rubbish is to be left on the property.
• Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. If this does not occur a cleaning fee will be charge, price depending on costs involved.
• All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived, please do not move anything around.
• The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay
• There is CCTV surrounding the exterior of the house only. This is for Security Purposes only.
