A 19th century white stone property tastefully designed, in an environment of preserved nature with its one-hectare park with century-old trees and a salt swimming pool heated in season. This house is ideally located on the Bastides Albigeoises circuit, 4 minutes from Cordes sur Ciel and 15 minutes from Albi. With friends or family, you will enjoy the comfort of this vacation rental designed so that eachone can recharge their batteries. The 3 spacious and fresh rooms are all on the ground floor and not communicating, each with its own entrance through a bay window and a view of the swimming pool, quality bedding, full bathroom, TV in each room, and high-speed wifi. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker, microwave, and a living room with two sofas. In the laundry room you will find a dryer, drying racks, and storage for your luggage. Outside, two large tables for your meals, one shaded under the awning and the other in the garden for dinners under the stars, a Weber barbecue. Garden furniture for aperitifs is at the edge of the swimming pool, and deck chairs await you in the shade of the century-old trees. A 12 m x 4 m salt swimming pool with safety shutter and polaris robot. Parking in front of the property gate and closed garage available.
For your activities, several hiking trails leave directly from the house, and bicycles can be delivered to you on site to explore our beautiful countryside. You can canoe in St Antonin Noble Val, golf on one of the 3 golf courses in Albi, and play tennis for free at Cordes sur ciel. The many historical and cultural sites to visit await you, as well as the region's farmers' markets, the Albi Cathedral, a UNESCO world heritage site, and the Toujouse Lautrec Museum. The train station is 5 km away.
The owner resides discreetly in an independent part of the property, and takes care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and outdoor spaces.
