Positive: Location. Cleanliness. Concierge. Minibar

Negative: Tiny rooms. Noises easily heard from other rooms. Shower was strangely difficult to handle as the pipe was very stiff and one sided. Very expensive- on the day was £500 cheaper - and no upgrade offered or anything to make that any better(would expect something from a 5 star). Took a prepayment and did not release till probed. No vegetarian options advertised for the Restaurant. V Hot day but swimming pool was closed
