Summary: The unit is exactly as described. It is new as are all the appliances and AC units. ACs are quiet split units. The kitchen is roomy. The leather living room furniture is comfortable. There is a nice covered area out back for evening drinks. It is in a gated community with guarded entrance. The check-in was provided in a timely matter. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely consider renting here again when I visit Aruba..
