The spacious first level has tile flooring, stylish furnishings, kitchen and a half bath. The living room has barrel swivel chairs, sectional sofa, and a 60" smart TV. The open deck off the first level/living room has a bistro height table that seats six where you'll enjoy the panoramic gulf views and stunning sunsets that this part of the Cape is known! There is also a gas grill and beverage cart. The well stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and many amenities such as:

The street side bedroom has a private balcony, queen bed, chair that pulls out into twin bed, plush carpet, full size closet, flat screen tv and private bathroom. The private bathroom has a beautiful full size tile shower.
The gulf side bedroom has a queen bed, plush carpet, flat screen tv and full size closet. The private bathroom has a full size tile shower. The large open deck has panoramic gulf views w/two bistro height chairs. Enjoy waking up with your morning drink and enjoying the dolphins and pelicans. What a fantastic way to begin your day!
The third level of the home is the spacious master suite with walk in closet and reconfigured en suite tiled bathroom. There is a king bed with nightstands, sofa, separate a/c unit and private open deck. The master bath has two separate vanities, a water closet, and a large tiled shower with bench. There is also an oversized closet. The open deck has a bistro height table and chairs to enjoy the stunning sunsets and beautiful beach views.
There is a pack and play (sheets not provided) and high chair for guest use. Beach chairs are also provided for guest convenience.
**The damage insurance required is $59.00 and is for $1500 worth of damage coverage. This cost is included in your booking.**
