Borough Market truly is a food lover’s heaven. As well as fruit and veg, meat, fish and cheese, there are many stalls offering artisanal foodstuffs from all over the world. Nearby cafes and restaurants include the Breakfast club (delicious, diner-style treats), or the more upscale Hutong: a modern Chinese restaurant with silk curtains and city views, serving dim sum and dishes from the north of China. Whilst you’re there, take a trip up the famous Shard building for more stunning views of the city.
