Summary: We loved staying in Ko Olina. Access to beach and resort amenities was fantastic. The unit had beach gear which was convenient. Living room furniture has seen better days. Rug in living room is very old and stained throughout. Balconies are close to other units. We had decent neighbors for the first half of our stay. But the last half was noisy at times. Overall a good vacation spot.
